Information we collect
Information you give us
When you fill in a form on the site (contact form, instant estimate or checklist download), we collect:
- your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and company;
- the project details you enter, such as object type, dimensions, complexity, deliverables, location and notes;
- whether you agreed to receive text messages about your request;
- any files, photos or drawings you later send us by email.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data: pages you visit, the page that referred you, the time of your visit, browser and device type, and IP address (which indicates approximate location).
- Campaign data: if you arrive from an ad or a tracked link, the campaign parameters in the URL (for example
utm_source). We keep these in your browser for the visit and send them with any form you submit, so we know how you found us. - Cookies and similar technology used by our website tracking, described next.
Website tracking
We use the external tracking feature of GoHighLevel (also known as LeadConnector), the customer relationship management (CRM) platform we use to manage inquiries. Its script records page views and form submissions on this site, sets cookies to recognize your browser on return visits, and links that activity to your contact record if you submit a form or have contacted us before. We use it to understand which pages and campaigns lead to inquiries and to follow up on your request.
Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, the tracking script does not load. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server logs (such as IP address and request details) to deliver and secure the site. Fonts are served from our own domain.
How we use information
- to answer your questions, prepare estimates and quotes, and deliver our services;
- to follow up about your request by email, phone or (with your consent) text message;
- to send occasional updates about our services, which you can opt out of at any time;
- to understand how the site is used and improve it and our marketing;
- to keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse;
- to meet legal obligations.
Text messages
If you check the box to receive texts, we may text you about your request. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of doing business with us. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers that run parts of our business for us and may use it only for that purpose: GoHighLevel (CRM, email and text messaging), Vercel (website hosting) and Supabase (secure database backup of form submissions), plus email and file-transfer tools we use to communicate with you;
- if required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public;
- with a buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized, under this policy’s protections.
Parts, photos, drawings and scan data you give us for a project are handled as confidential project material and are not published without your permission. We are happy to sign your NDA.
Your choices and rights
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Text messages: reply STOP.
- Tracking: enable Global Privacy Control in your browser, or block cookies.
- Access, correction and deletion: send a request through our contact form or call us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law requires.
Nevada residents: we do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law (NRS 603A). You can still send an opt-out request through our contact form and we will record it.
California and other US state residents: depending on where you live, you may have the right to know, access, correct or delete personal information and to opt out of its sale, sharing for targeted advertising, or profiling. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise a right, contact us through the contact form or by phone; you may use an authorized agent, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and customer records for as long as needed to respond, deliver services, keep business and tax records, and resolve disputes, and then delete or anonymize them.
Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Visitors outside the United States
We are based in the US, and information you submit is processed and stored in the United States.
